Market Research & Industry Insights : Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices. Provide market intelligence reports to support business development and recruitment strategy. 6. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates. Generate weekly/monthly reports to measure recruitment success and optimize strategies. 7. Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives: Promote diverse hiring practices and ensure fair representation in hiring processes. Implement inclusive sourcing and hiring strategies to attract a diverse talent pool. Qualifications & Skills: Any Graduate. 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Strong knowledge of IT & Non-IT hiring, bulk hiring, and executive search. Expertise in Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Experience with MS Excel, reporting tools, and recruitment analytics.
